About The Position

Conduct is hiring a Founding Operations Associate to help establish and operate its New York office as the US team grows. Working alongside the New York team and as part of the global operations team, this person will help build the company's US presence, culture, events, and operational systems from the ground up. The role involves varied, hands-on work, from managing office facilities and exploring future office spaces to hosting events and supporting new hires. The position is based in New York, and the company expects the associate to work in the office every day. Conduct is building an AI operating system to help large enterprises manage the complexity of legacy SAP systems and move faster. The company describes itself as a small, talent-dense team operating from London and New York, with a culture of extreme ownership, high velocity, and low-ego collaboration. Conduct has raised a $60 million Series A and says demand is outpacing its ability to serve customers. It sponsors visas and encourages people from underrepresented groups in tech to apply.
