Trove is looking for a founding Head of Growth to join our founding team. If you get excited about turning chaos into leverage, keep reading. We are building the future of collectibles. Growth for us isn’t just app downloads and performance marketing… it’s brand, distribution, content, and systems thinking at scale. The right person will be both technical and creative. You don’t need to have worked in collectibles but you should care about culture, internet communities, and things people are genuinely passionate about. You’ll work with the founding team architecting the growth marketing system end-to-end. Your goal is to build the engine across all channels partnering closely with Product, Design, and Streamer/Creator Partnerships; taking the Growth function from 0-1, then optimizing it from 1-n. On any given week, you might: Craft a video-first content strategy that fits modern platforms (YouTube, TikTok, Shorts, livestreams). Create a guerilla marketing campaign to maximize brand visibility and virality. Own audience targeting strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and whatever works next. Design and run large-scale customer acquisition campaigns that mix paid, organic, creator-led, and offline channels. Experiment aggressively, kill what doesn’t work fast, and double down on what does. Partner closely with product, engineering, and design to make sure growth is built into the product to optimize our viral loop.
