Founding GTM Operations

usebridge.comBoulder, CO

About The Position

Bridge is the fastest, most compliant way to scale insurance billing nationwide. We enable virtual care companies to go in-network nationally in as little as 30 days without the operational lift. Our platform handles payer contracting, credentialing, real-time benefit verification, medical coding, claim submission, denial management, and compliance in a single integrated solution. Backed by leading investors including General Catalyst, Andreessen Horowitz, Thrive Capital, Khosla Ventures, Greenoaks, and Mischief, we are scaling rapidly. This is a high-ownership, high-leverage seat. As Bridge's first dedicated GTM Ops hire, you'll own and level up the go-to-market operating system we already run on: sharpening HubSpot as a clean backbone, wiring the full stack — Marketing, Sales, Onboarding, and Account Management — into one source of truth, automating the manual work that slows things down, building a repeatable outbound engine, and standing up the enablement layer that puts deal-level answers at reps' fingertips. The through-line is simple: help our sellers and account managers sell confidently and autonomously. You'll partner directly with the Head of Growth with a mandate to grow revenue without adding headcount.

Requirements

  • 5–8+ years in Revenue, GTM, or Sales Ops at early-stage startups.
  • Deeply hands-on in HubSpot; have architected it, not just administered it.
  • Highly analytical and able to self-serve on data.
  • Experience using automation and applied AI as practical tools.
  • Comfortable owning and leveling up an existing system in ambiguity, without a playbook handed to you.
  • Care that reps sell the right, supportable, compliant thing, not just that they sell.
  • Opinionated but collaborative.
  • Not a CRM admin, ticket-taker, sales manager, or big-company operator.
  • Measure yourself by the team's productivity, not by tickets closed.

Nice To Haves

  • RevOps background, but think like an engineer and are allergic to bureaucracy.
  • Genuinely excited about what automation and AI unlock for a GTM team, and know how to actually ship them.
  • A senior generalist and builder.

Responsibilities

  • Own and level up the GTM tech stack, starting with a full audit of the current stack, covering tools, data flows, and gaps, then re-architecting HubSpot with clean pipeline stages, properties, and required fields.
  • Free up selling time and increase revenue per seller by identifying and automating manual workflows, such as activity logging, enrichment, and follow-up triggers.
  • Build a repeatable outbound process and deliver prioritized, high-quality lead lists, centralizing and enriching account signals to fuel targeting and 'why now' context.
  • Build enablement and deal self-service by documenting and systematizing the deal process so reps can self-serve answers or route quickly to the right SME.
  • Deliver analytics, insights, and decision support through core GTM dashboards covering pipeline, conversion, deal risk, rep capacity, forecast, and outbound performance, with a weekly and monthly reporting cadence.
  • Put in place a scalable, documented systems architecture with clear ownership, a roadmap for owning marketing systems and demand-gen infrastructure, and a recommendation on GTM ops resourcing and tooling.
