NewForm is the creative intelligence company. We help category disruptors like Kalshi, ElevenLabs, Babbel, and others scale paid ads by turning creative into a measurable, repeatable growth system. We oversee $100M+ per year in paid media spend and create thousands of human ads each month, with each ad making our system smarter. We’re hiring a Founding New Business Lead to help build the next phase of growth at NewForm. To date, our sales motion has been almost entirely founder-led. We have built a strong network, a growing pipeline across enterprise teams and mid-market disruptors, and differentiated offerings across Framework, our software platform, and our managed creative service. Now we need someone who can get into the weeds with us and help turn that foundation into a repeatable new-business engine. This is not a traditional Account Executive role where qualified meetings simply appear on your calendar. You will be responsible for creating opportunities as well as closing them. That includes developing outbound angles, directing prospect research, activating our network, running events, hosting executive dinners, taking sales calls, and moving complex opportunities from first interaction through signature. You’ll work directly with our CRO and founders, alongside a small outbound team and NewForm’s Forward Deployed creatives and engineers. Together, you’ll determine the right solution for each prospective client, whether that is software, services, or both. Because NewForm is outcomes-based, the sale is consultative by nature. You are not giving the same demo to every prospect. You are understanding the business, identifying where NewForm can materially help, scoping the engagement, and structuring the deal around the outcome. You’ll sit across the table from senior marketing and growth leaders at some of the world’s most ambitious consumer and technology companies. You’ll also help define the positioning, process and operating rhythms the future GTM organization is built on. For the right person, this role offers significant upside, broad exposure across the business and a path toward leading NewForm’s new-business organization as the team expands.
