About The Position

SoSafe is Europe's leading human risk management company, trusted by 6,000+ organisations to turn their people into a line of defence against cyberattacks. Adaptive Defence is their next-generation product. This role is responsible for establishing the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution for this new product, focusing on acquiring early Design Partners. The objective is to transition from "nobody's heard of Adaptive Defence" to "we have a couple dozen committed co-creators shaping the roadmap." This involves identifying, engaging, and securing these partners, and then ensuring their feedback is effectively integrated into the product development process. The role requires a self-starter who can operate independently and build the initial GTM playbook from scratch.

Requirements

  • AI-native: Proficient in using agentic tools and LLMs for messaging, list building, and personalized outbound at scale.
  • Deep understanding of AI capabilities, specifically Adaptive Defence's AI, to explain autonomous decisions to CISOs.
  • Proven experience bringing a new product to market with zero existing customers.
  • Experience in direct outbound sales and building pipeline independently.
  • Ability to write direct and effective copy for initial outreach.
  • Willingness to build the GTM playbook from scratch.
  • Based in London, comfortable being in the office a minimum of 2 days per week.
  • Ability to work asynchronously and autonomously while remote.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience building or configuring automation layers for outbound campaigns.
  • Experience carrying a deal or relationship solo from initial contact to engagement.
  • Experience selling or partnering with security, compliance, or HR buyers.
  • Curiosity about cybersecurity and human risk.
  • Experience working within a tight qualification framework (ICP/ECP-style).
  • Language proficiency in French.

Responsibilities

  • Own the positioning and messaging for the new product, differentiating it from competitors.
  • Identify and qualify net-new prospects that fit the Early Customer Profile (ECP).
  • Disqualify leads quickly if they do not meet the strict criteria.
  • Manage the agreement and onboarding stages for Design Partners.
  • Collaborate closely with the Product trio to ensure partner feedback is captured and utilized.
  • Maintain the integrity of the Design Partnership, ensuring it is time-boxed, scoped, and has an agreed commercial path.
  • Structure the handoff of feedback to the Product team with context.
  • Track partner health and stage progression.
  • Secure commitments for logos, testimonials, and case studies within the agreement.
