About The Position

Lightsage is hiring its Founding Growth team member to help developer-tool companies understand how coding agents interact with their products. The role owns DevToolArena.com as a growth channel, including publishing benchmark categories and leaderboard results, writing about observations of coding agents using APIs, CLIs, and MCP servers, and sharing that work with developers and developer-tool teams.

The role also leads developer relations by building relationships with DevRel and developer-experience leaders and running launches, talks, and community programs that turn attention into sales pipeline. The hire owns the website, SEO, and experiments focused on signups and inbound demand. This is a full-time, on-site role based in San Francisco, California.

Requirements

• Experience in growth, developer relations, or developer marketing at a developer-tool, API, or infrastructure company.
• Technical ability to build demos, read API documentation, and run coding agents.
• Strong technical writing skills and a public portfolio, such as posts, talks, open-source work, or videos.
• Ability to measure work and run experiments on content, channels, and conversion.

Nice To Haves

• An existing network in the developer-tool or AI-agent community.
• Prior early-stage startup experience.
