About The Position

Netic is seeking a Founding Field & Event Marketer to build and lead the company's go-to-market engine from scratch. This role is responsible for defining how Netic, an AI-first company, presents itself in person and transforming real-world interactions into a growth engine. The marketer will create playbooks to attract new buyers, deepen the partner ecosystem, and foster customer loyalty. Key responsibilities include owning the presence at major tradeshows, regional events, and company-hosted programs, ensuring premium experiences that convert demand and build lasting customer relationships. The ideal candidate is both a visionary and an operator, capable of defining the brand's in-person identity and meticulously managing event details.

Requirements

  • 5+ years in field and event marketing.
  • Proven track record of building and executing high-impact field and event programs at scale.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive real outcomes through marketing initiatives.
  • Expert understanding of best-in-class event logistics execution.
  • Creative, buyer-obsessed thinking with the ability to design experiences that stand out.
  • Relentless operational excellence with flawless execution and attention to detail.

  • Exceptional cross-functional skills, with the ability to build strong partnerships with Sales and external partners.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Sales to bring prospects into and down the funnel, building programs around target accounts and territories.
  • Set a high bar for execution and equip Account Executives (AEs) with playbooks and tools for their territories.
  • Own the end-to-end field and events playbook, leading strategy and execution for major tradeshows, sponsored activations, regional meetups, and Netic-hosted events.
  • Deliver standout customer experiences and strong ROI for all events.
  • Define goals, track results, and conduct post-event retrospectives to optimize programs.
  • Be accountable for the full health and performance of the field and events program.
  • Bring high levels of taste and operational excellence, pairing creative instincts with attention to detail from concept to execution.
  • Ensure every touchpoint feels premium and that events run smoothly.
