About The Position

Vocca is seeking a Founding AI Deployment Lead for the US Market to spearhead the deployment and success of their AI voice agents for medical practices. This role involves configuring, deploying, and managing initial US clients, building the deployment playbook, and eventually leading and scaling the US deployment team. The company has a validated product-market fit in France and is now expanding into the US, having recently raised a significant funding round. The position reports directly to the CEO and offers a path from individual contributor to leading the US deployment organization.

Requirements

6+ years in fast-scaling tech, with autonomous operation in a startup or scale-up environment, or founding experience.
Deeply hands-on and technical, with experience in configuration, integrations, automation, and no-code solutions.
Ability to own product configuration end-to-end without direct engineering support.
Strong commercial energy, with the ability to lead meetings and communicate effectively with both directors and IT personnel.
Founder mentality: high energy, low maintenance, resourceful.
Demonstrated ability to hire, structure, and grow a team.
Product acumen to translate field observations into actionable product feedback.

Nice To Haves

Experience in healthcare or with EMRs.
Previous people management experience.

Responsibilities

Deploy and implement clients, starting with hands-on configuration, setup, integrations, and go-live.
Own the post-sale customer lifecycle, including success and account management for initial US clients to drive retention and satisfaction.
Develop the US operations and implementation playbook.
Hire, structure, and manage the US deployment team, aiming for 6-8 members by the end of 2027.
Establish and maintain a product-feedback loop from the field to the product team.
Ensure a high success rate and manage time-to-go-live for client implementations.
