About The Position

Vocca is seeking a Founding AI Deployment Strategist to spearhead the deployment and success of their AI voice agents for clients in the US market. This role is crucial for the company's expansion into the US, focusing on the East Coast from their New York office. The primary mission is to deploy AI agents to transform how patients and doctors connect, addressing issues like missed calls and long waiting times. Vocca's AI voice agents handle calls instantly, manage appointments, and allow staff to focus on patient care. Having already achieved significant growth in France, Vocca is now entering the US market, and this role will be instrumental in establishing their operational presence and ensuring client success post-sale. The position reports directly to the CEO and collaborates closely with the Founding AE.
