About The Position
Alleviate Health is hiring a founding engineer to help build AI agents that accelerate clinical trials by autonomously communicating with patients. The agents screen and route patients to suitable trials, collect trial data, answer questions, and support patients throughout trials to improve recruitment and retention. The role involves orchestrating agents across hundreds of clinical trials and scaling language models across voice, SMS, and email while maintaining consistent, personalized conversations. The company aims to reduce excess clinical-trial spending and shorten the time it takes to bring medicines to patients.
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate a fleet of AI agents coordinating patient recruitment across hundreds of clinical trials in North America.
