About The Position
Outpost .Red is a tech-enabled Reddit marketing agency helping brands grow through authentic Reddit engagement. We combine a proprietary platform with real human execution to deliver results that feel native, not like ads. This role sits at the intersection of three things: client management, Reddit expertise and SEO/AEO knowledge. You need all three. You'll own the customer relationship end to end, from brand setup and strategy through weekly reporting and optimization. You're the person our customers trust and the reason they stay.
Requirements
- Deep Reddit knowledge. You understand how communities work, what gets traction and what gets removed
- Working knowledge of SEO and AEO (AI Engine Optimization). You can read a visibility report and know what to do with it
- Proven B2B account management experience, ideally in an agency setting
- Based in North America
Responsibilities
- Define content strategy per client. What topics, which subreddits, what angle, what voice
- Own the full customer relationship: onboarding, weekly reporting and optimization
- Review SERP and AI visibility data and turn it into actionable next steps
- Create the playbook our content team executes against: brand voice, talking points, engagement rules
