About The Position

KaraFun is hiring its first sales representative in North America to build the business across the U.S. and Canada. The role focuses on signing the first U.S. karaoke box venues, establishing the sales model, and closing high-profile accounts that increase KaraFun’s visibility in the American market. This is a hands-on, in-the-field position, with responsibility for prospecting karaoke box owners, booking and conducting demos, visiting venues, and securing contracts. The role will help shape the company’s North American sales playbook using feedback and results from early deals. During the first 12–24 months, success means getting the first U.S. venues signed and live, landing flagship accounts, building a growing pipeline with strong win rates and clear revenue visibility, and establishing KaraFun as a leading karaoke solution for U.S. venues. The position reports traction, learnings, and opportunities to leadership and owns pipeline, close-rate, and U.S. revenue targets.
