About The Position

Our client is building AI-powered operations automation software that helps companies fully automate complex SOP-driven workflows across healthcare, logistics, payroll services, marketplaces, and other operations-heavy industries. Their platform combines browser automation, document processing, and API orchestration to eliminate repetitive manual operational work. Led by former senior engineering leaders from Instacart who helped scale the company from Series B through IPO, the company has already established meaningful traction with paying customers and multiple six-figure deals closed. Backed by strong early-stage investors, they are now hiring founding GTM talent to help build the repeatable sales engine that will define their next phase of growth. This is a rare opportunity to join an early-stage AI infrastructure company as a true founding AE and directly shape the GTM playbook.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of quota-carrying B2B SaaS AE experience
  • Proven track record closing $1M+ new ARR annually
  • Experience sourcing own pipeline
  • Startup sales experience (Seed–Series B preferred)
  • Comfortable building process from zero
  • Strong outbound prospecting capability
  • Technical fluency
  • Comfortable explaining AI / automation products
  • Thrives in ambiguity
  • High-energy, self-directed execution style
  • Strong communication and storytelling ability

Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle sales from prospecting through close
  • Build outbound pipeline from scratch
  • Refine messaging, positioning, and customer segmentation
  • Work directly with founders on GTM strategy
  • Run discovery calls and product demos
  • Help establish CRM and RevOps processes
  • Build repeatable outbound playbooks
  • Attend conferences and industry events
  • Collaborate with product and founders on customer feedback loops
  • Create case studies and sales collateral
  • Help define ICP and qualification criteria
  • Contribute to scaling the future sales organization
