About The Position

The Founders' Office team works closely with the founders to drive the most critical initiatives for the company. This includes areas such as growth, operations, and AI. Team members will be responsible for whatever it takes to win, acting as rainmakers working hand-in-hand with the founders. The role involves driving product and growth platforms by analyzing product metrics, designing and shipping features to bring new value propositions to customers, and optimizing funnels to improve engagement and virality. Additionally, the role includes driving operations and AI by scoping new payment rails, developing end-to-end partnerships, providing customer support, and analyzing and resolving customer issues. Growth responsibilities involve executing local growth efforts, including community building, affiliate marketing, brand marketing, and influencer marketing.

Requirements

  • 3-7 years of experience as an entrepreneur in a VC backed company, a top tier management consulting firm (BCG, Bain, McKinsey), or in a top tier investment bank (bulge bracket)
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, able to bond with critical partners and manage customers needing support
  • Excellent organisation, being able to find information about all areas of the company
  • Resourceful, with maximum attention to detail and due diligence
  • Strong analytical skills and taste for aesthetics
  • Ability to work well as part of a team, driven, relentless and a proven closer - you don’t take no for an answer
  • Business fluent in English
  • Ideally, you are an expat (or have been an expat) living in New York or willing to relocate (ARQ can sponsor your visa)

Responsibilities
