About The Position

We’re looking for a Founders Associate (GTM) Intern who works closely with our CEO and Co-Founder to help drive the most important initiatives in a fast-growing early-stage startup. You’ll support strategic projects across Sales, Product, and Operations, talk to leads and customers on a daily basis, prepare sales and marketing material, and help turn ideas into execution. You’ll work hands-on with the founders in a dynamic environment, taking ownership of high-impact projects and contributing directly to the company’s growth and decision-making. Requirements

• Entrepreneurial, hands-on, and not afraid to dive into topics outside your comfort zone
• Highly motivated and want to learn how a startup is built from the inside
• Thrive on talking to people, building relationships, and turning conversations into opportunities
• Strong eye for design and can create clear, compelling sales, investor, and marketing materials
• Ambitious, resilient and willing to work in a fast-moving, hands-on environment with a higher intensity than a corporate job
• Work well in a team while also taking ownership when something needs to be driven forward
• Want to work in-person in our Munich office with 1 day/week remote possible
• Fluent in German and English

Responsibilities

• Working directly with the CEO & Co-Founder on high-priority strategic and operational initiatives
• Identifying and qualifying new customer opportunities, building target account lists, and supporting outbound GTM activities
• Supporting fundraising (Seed round), investor communication & reporting
• Creating and improving sales materials, pitch decks, internal presentations, and other marketing material
• Helping build and document internal processes in a fast-moving startup environment
• Taking ownership of ad-hoc projects that need to be driven forward quickly and reliably
• Acting as a sparring partner to founders and helping turn ideas into execution
