About The Position

GTM Associates at Gigs are the engine of top-of-funnel growth - and the starting point for a career in commercial leadership. You'll work closely with GTM Leads to identify, qualify, and develop pipeline across Gigs' markets. This isn't a role where you execute a handed-to-you playbook. You'll help build it and the best people here grow fast because of it. Our GTM org is lean by design. You'll have real visibility with GTM leadership from day one, and the commercial decisions you make will matter.

Requirements

  • High-growth commercial mindset, with experience in a commercial, strategy, or analytically rigorous role (sales, business development, partnerships, consulting, or adjacent).
  • Ability to find the right buyers, earn their attention, and build momentum.
  • Analytical sharpness: ability to form hypotheses, test them, and revise; comfortable with ambiguity and making structured decisions quickly.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas clearly and adapt messages to the audience.
  • Commercial curiosity: understanding why a company might buy, not just that it could.
  • Proactive self-starter who helps build the playbook, documents learnings, and brings the team along.
  • Genuine interest in technology and how businesses embed new capabilities into their products.
  • Focus on outcomes and commercial impact, making smart trade-offs between speed and quality, and holding oneself accountable to results.
  • Willingness to reach for AI tools without being asked to, researching faster, writing sharper outreach, and preparing better.

Responsibilities

  • Become a product expert, developing deep knowledge of the Gigs platform and competitor landscape.
  • Own both inbound and outbound lead management, using clear qualifying criteria and prospecting into new accounts with strategic outreach.
  • Leverage AI tools for account research, meeting preparation, and outreach iteration, sharing best practices with the team.
  • Partner with marketing to manage outbound campaigns, increase lead volume, and ensure commercial follow-through.
  • Prepare thoroughly for every conversation by understanding the company, buyer, and angle, using available tools to research efficiently.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in HubSpot, ensuring clean data for the team.
  • Provide deal support by shadowing calls, running discovery meetings, and progressively taking on more ownership.
  • Contribute to strategic projects across the US GTM organization, including market mapping, go-to-market experiments, and commercial analysis.
  • Help build the GTM playbook by documenting what works, flagging what doesn't, and bringing structure to team targeting and prioritization.
