Founder Support Associate

Elevation CapitalVancouver, BC

About The Position

We are seeking a driven, high-performance Executive Support Associate to provide direct leverage to the Founder and Chief of Staff. This is not a traditional EA role — it’s a scrappy, high-intensity, always-on position supporting the Executive Office, Family Office, and portfolio companies. You’ll be in the middle of everything that matters: managing multi-million-dollar construction projects, orchestrating seamless global travel for the Founder and family, creating bulletproof itineraries, handling high-value assets with total discretion, and making life run effortlessly behind the scenes. You’ll work side-by-side with the Chief of Staff to anticipate needs, remove friction, and deliver solutions — never problems. You’ll also take on special projects where no two days look the same — one week you might be negotiating with a global vendor, the next coordinating a complex family move or travel itinerary, and the next building systems that keep the portfolio businesses operating at speed. Every day brings a new challenge that requires agility, creativity, and composure. This role is demanding, exhilarating, and career-defining. The Founder moves fast and so must you. Words like “can’t” or “not possible” don’t exist in your vocabulary. This is not a 9–5, not a corporate admin job, and not for everyone. But if you’re hungry, sharp, and thrive in high-stakes chaos, this role will put you years ahead of your peers. You’ll get a front-row seat to global businesses, elite decision-making, and world-changing projects — while being rewarded with top-of-market compensation, growth, and opportunities you won’t find anywhere else.
