About The Position

S-PRO, a top-tier Digital Innovation and Software Engineering company, is seeking a Co-founder + Business Development Manager to lead the commercial aspects of the business. This role involves identifying initial partners, securing early customers, and establishing a scalable sales infrastructure. Nice To Haves

  • Experience in tax, accounting, or fintech, with deep domain knowledge.
  • Proven track record in B2B sales or business development, including closing partnerships, building pipelines, and generating revenue.
  • Previous experience in a startup or as a co-founder, particularly at the pre-seed or seed stage.
  • Existing network within the tax, accounting, SMB, or fintech ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with modern sales tools such as CRM, outbound automation, and analytics.

Responsibilities

  • Find and sign strategic partners, including accounting firms, fintech platforms, consultancies, and other relevant channels.
  • Manage the entire sales process from prospecting and outreach to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Establish the sales motion by defining the Ideal Customer Profile (ICP), crafting messaging, setting up the sales pipeline, and continuously optimizing based on performance.
  • Achieve and exceed revenue targets on a quarterly basis.
  • Contribute to product development by providing customer insights to inform the product roadmap and prioritization.
  • Represent the company at external events, conferences, and in investor and partnership discussions.
  • Build and scale the Go-To-Market (GTM) team as the company grows.
