About The Position

This is a founding-stage, hands-on role at a Berlin-based preventive healthtech company offering personalized biomarker testing, clinician-reviewed insights, and concierge health support. You'll work directly with the founders to move ideas to production quickly, eliminate manual work through AI and automation, and build the repeatable systems that underpin member outcomes in a regulated health environment. The engagement is 3–6 months with a strong potential for full-time conversion based on mutual fit.

Requirements

  • Strong ownership mindset and bias to action — hands-on, structured, and process-oriented.
  • Proven ability to convert manual, repetitive processes into automated, measurable, repeatable systems.
  • Experience recruiting, onboarding, and scheduling field staff (e.g., mobile nurses) and managing related logistics.
  • Technically capable: comfortable with basic SQL, APIs, and no-code/low-code tools (Lovable, Retool, n8n).
  • AI-native: daily use of Claude, GPT, Cursor or similar, with an automations-first mindset.
  • Strong German and English communication skills (both required).
  • Evidence of side projects, prototypes, or GitHub work.
  • Background in Computer Science, Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related field.

Responsibilities

  • Work side-by-side with founders in a low-bureaucracy environment to ship ideas fast.
  • Own customer onboarding and technical setup to move members efficiently through the funnel.
  • Automate and eliminate manual ops work using AI, code, and clean processes — not task management.
  • Run operations and acquire blood testing locations across the network.
  • Recruit, onboard, and schedule mobile nurses and field staff.
  • Manage customer support and concierge workflows — handling member requests and action plans.
  • Oversee lab logistics including sample flow, shipping, and live escalations (e.g., driver no-shows, lab changes).
  • Structure pipelines for product and sales to surface member feedback and patterns.
  • Build internal tools and automations using AI agents, n8n, Lovable, Retool, Zapier, and Claude/GPT APIs.
  • Track ops KPIs with SQL (cycle times, error rates, stockouts) and turn ad hoc processes into measurable systems.
