Foster Care Case Manager

About The Position
The Foster Care Case Manager coordinates the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments for individuals served. The role oversees services provided to individuals and their families, monitors quality of care and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and helps develop quality services and engaging activities that meet individuals’ needs. The Case Manager also builds and maintains relationships with families and external case managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in social work, criminal justice, or education.
- At least 2 years of case management experience, including at least 1 year working with at-risk youth.
- Current driver’s license valid for at least 1 year, current car registration, and auto insurance.
- Licensure and training as required by the state, such as CPR, First Aid, and Behavioral Intervention Techniques.
- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
- Commitment to quality.
