Foster Care Case Manager

About The Position
The Foster Care Case Manager coordinates the development, review, and implementation of services, case management, behavior intervention plans, and treatments for individuals served. The role oversees services provided to individuals and their families, monitors the quality of care and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements, and helps develop quality services and engaging activities that meet individuals’ needs. The case manager also builds and maintains relationships with families and external case managers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human services or a related field.
- One year of work-related experience working with youth placed at-risk.
- Current driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
- Reliable, responsible attitude and compassionate approach.
- Commitment to quality.
