Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 1+ years of experience as a frontend or fullstack developer, ideally deeply embedded with design and product teams.
- Track record of shipping user facing features end to end in dynamic environments.
- Knowledge in React and some level of experience with one backend framework (e.g., Node.js, Django, or similar).
- Some familiarity with databases (SQL/NoSQL) and API design.
- Excited about shipping features that directly impact users and iterating quickly based on feedback.
- Values different perspectives, creates space for input from others, and helps foster a positive team culture.
Responsibilities
- Embed directly with customers to solve real, high-stakes problems hands-on
- Own the full arc from discovery to deployed solution
- Partner closely with product & engineering
- Act as a trusted technical advisor and primary point of contact for customers
- Balance shipping speed against long-term maintainability
- Explore new tools and stacks to match whatever environment the customer runs
- Uphold a collaborative team culture while operating independently in the field
