About The Position

Sardine is hiring a Forward Deployed Engineer to lead client onboarding for its fraud and compliance products. The role manages end-to-end integrations, translates technical requirements into practical solutions, and helps ensure successful deployments. It is hands-on and involves close collaboration with clients and internal teams in a fast-paced environment. The position is remote-first for candidates in the US or Canada, West Coast. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex technical and business concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and drive deliverables to completion.
  • Experience with basic SQL querying and JSON payload analysis.
  • Experience with API specifications such as OpenAPI, web development, and writing scripts to build internal tools, using technologies such as Bash, Python, SQL, Ruby, Golang, or Postman.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with clients and provide end-to-end support during onboarding.
  • Own APIs, SDK documentation, integration guides, and other support documents.
