This is a hands-on, customer-facing technical role focused on helping strategic customers design, validate, and launch high-impact use cases on top of the YOOBIC platform. You’ll work at the intersection of Product, Engineering, AI, Customer Success, Implementation, and Pre-Sales. Your mission will be to bridge the gap between customer needs and technical execution by configuring YOOBIC, connecting systems and data, prototyping automations, and applying AI where it creates measurable value. This role is ideal for someone with a strong technical background who enjoys working directly with customers and can translate complex operational needs into practical product, integration, automation, and AI-enabled solutions. This is not a traditional software engineering role, but you should be comfortable getting hands-on with APIs, data, scripts, automation tools, technical configuration, and prototypes.
