About The Position

As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work directly with enterprise customers to deploy, iterate, and improve production AI agents while partnering closely with Engineering, Product, Sales, and Leadership. You'll own customer outcomes end-to-end by rapidly building, shipping, evaluating, and improving AI agents that directly impact revenue generation. Requirements

3–8 years of software engineering experience
Experience as a Forward Deployed Engineer, Founding Engineer, Product Engineer, or Full-Stack Engineer
Experience building and shipping production AI agents or agentic workflows
Experience working at AI-native startups, growth-stage startups, or AI teams within major technology companies
Experience owning customer-facing deployments end-to-end
Experience working directly with enterprise customers in highly technical environments
Strong startup ownership mentality with demonstrated product execution
Experience building 0→1 products with significant autonomy
Experience collaborating closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Executive Leadership
Strong software engineering fundamentals across full-stack product development
Strong proficiency in Python, TypeScript, and Node.js
Experience building production AI agents using modern LLMs
Strong prompt engineering, tool calling, agent orchestration, evaluations, and trust calibration experience
Experience deploying production AI systems to external users
Familiarity with modern AI frameworks, APIs, and agent architectures
Experience rapidly iterating production AI systems based on customer feedback
Strong understanding of distributed software systems and production engineering
Comfortable working across engineering, customer success, and product functions
Ability to quickly solve ambiguous customer problems with production-quality software
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another technical discipline preferred
Strong engineering background with demonstrated product-building ability

Responsibilities

Deploy and continuously improve production AI agents directly with enterprise customers
Build AI agents across prospecting, account strategy, outbound messaging, follow-ups, and sales workflows
Embed deeply with enterprise customers through Slack, meetings, and rapid iteration cycles
Own customer deployments from implementation through measurable business outcomes
Design, build, and improve prompt engineering, tool integrations, agent workflows, evaluations, and trust calibration
Ship production improvements rapidly in response to customer feedback and real-world usage
Build scalable agentic workflows using Python, TypeScript, Node.js, and modern LLM tooling
Partner closely with Engineering, Product, and Leadership to translate customer feedback into product improvements
Design evaluation frameworks for AI agents and continuously improve production performance
Troubleshoot complex customer environments and solve ambiguous technical problems
Balance customer-specific needs with scalable product improvements
Operate with high ownership while helping define the future of AI-native enterprise software
