About The Position
The Forum Host is responsible for restaurant reservations, logs and confirmations; daily menu updates; amenity oversight; guest communications and relations; community outreach; and training guest services staff. The role provides restaurant information to callers, manages reservations and guest correspondence, maintains detailed guest histories, arranges guest amenities, and supports the service culture at Meadowood.
Requirements

Responsibilities
- Answer restaurant-related calls warmly and hospitably, provide information, and make and confirm reservations.
- Maintain reservation logs.
- Perform community outreach as a Restaurant Concierge.
- Assist in training Guest Services and other Meadowood staff.
- Serve as a role model for Meadowood’s culture.
- Handle guest correspondence, including thank-you cards and apologies.
- Maintain detailed guest histories in the database.
- Arrange guest amenities.
