About The Position

Cutting Dynamics, LLC, part of the Re:Build family of companies, is seeking an ambitious and motivated Forming Operator to join its manufacturing team in Avon, Ohio. The operator supports production by assembling parts, operating or assisting with machinery, handling products through production steps, and monitoring work for quality and equipment issues. The role calls for safe, accurate, and efficient work in a fast-paced, collaborative manufacturing environment.

Requirements

Ability to understand and communicate basic English.
Basic counting and math skills.
Ability to work well under production deadlines and collaborate effectively.
Dependability and timeliness, with the ability to complete tasks accurately and efficiently.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Assemble parts rapidly, precisely, safely, and accurately.
Load and unload items from machines.
Safely, accurately, and efficiently operate production machinery or assist machine operators.
Place products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspection, or wrapping.
Examine products to verify conformance to quality standards.
Start machines or equipment to begin production processes.
Remove products or workpieces from production equipment.
Mount attachments or tools onto production equipment.
Record operational or production data.
Watch operating equipment to detect malfunctions.
