About The Position

The Cold Forming Operator works in a precision manufacturing environment, transforming raw metal into components for industries including aerospace, automotive, construction, and energy. The role involves operating and monitoring cold forming machines and furnaces, preparing tooling and materials, checking product quality, maintaining equipment, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to troubleshoot and improve processes. The position is hands-on and physically demanding.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of manufacturing experience required.
• Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with safety protocols and quality standards in a manufacturing setting.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including fixing machinery and changing tooling and dies.
• Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Experience in forming, forging, or metal fabrication.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor cold forming machines and furnaces to shape metal components to specifications.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and work orders.
• Set up dies, tools, and materials for each job run.
• Inspect parts for quality and dimensional accuracy using precision measuring tools.
• Maintain equipment and keep the work environment clean and safe.
• Collaborate with engineers and quality teams to troubleshoot and optimize processes.
• Perform physically demanding tasks, including fixing machinery and changing tooling and dies.
