Requirements
- Life/Health insurance license (or the willingness to quickly obtain one)
- Proven industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or higher

- Candidates from a wide range of backgrounds, including leadership experience, healthcare, teaching, ministry, military, public service, logistics/dispatch, and call center or telemarketing roles are welcomed.
Responsibilities
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships
- Generate new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting
- Conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac
- Educate employees on available benefits packages
- Support enrollment needs
- Provide ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support
- Stay engaged through team meetings and training
