About The Position

This role involves maintaining and growing existing client relationships, generating new opportunities through referrals, networking, and prospecting. You will conduct virtual and on-site presentations with employers to showcase the value of Aflac, educate employees on available benefits packages, and support enrollment needs. Ongoing enrollment, claims, and service support will also be provided, while staying engaged through team meetings and training.
Requirements
- Life/Health insurance license (or willingness to quickly obtain)
- Proven industry experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated, results-driven mindset
- At least 18 years old
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship
- High school diploma or equivalent
