About The Position

Quality Harvest Foods is hiring a Day Shift Forklift Driver/Palletizer to join their dedicated production team. This is a hands-on role in a cold storage environment with great pay and benefits. The ideal candidate is skilled in forklift operations and focused on safety.

Requirements

• Must hold a valid forklift certification.
• Capable of lifting up to 50 lbs. consistently during the shift.
• Able to work effectively in cold environments, down to -10°F.
• Demonstrates excellent attendance and reliability.
• Must speak, read, and understand English for safety and communication.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to move materials throughout the warehouse.
• Load and unload pallets into the palletizer and pallet wrapper.
• Hand stack finished goods onto pallets securely for transport and storage.
• Transport raw materials efficiently across the production floor.
• Enter material data accurately into the production database.
• Provide necessary packaging materials to the packaging department.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
• Operate equipment while following all safety protocols.
• Assist in other production tasks as directed by the Manager.
