About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring part-time Forklift Operators at its Laredo, Texas service center. The role involves safely moving various types of freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. Operators use a forklift on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The position starts at $22.67 per hour and is scheduled Monday through Friday on various shifts.

Requirements

• Able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Able to read manifests.
• Able to read and interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Some less-than-truckload (LTL) experience.
