About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a part-time Forklift Operator at its Little Rock, Arkansas service center. The role involves safely moving various types of freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. The operator works on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The schedule is Monday through Friday, with various shifts. Starting pay is $22.99 per hour. Employees earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment.

Requirements

• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Some LTL experience.
