About The Position

The Forklift Operator is responsible for accurately and courteously loading client merchandise. This role involves cross-training in all material handler functions, thorough and prompt completion of paperwork, and performing housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe work environment. Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• Ability to drive a forklift
• Ability to meet unit quality and productivity metrics
• Ability to add, subtracts, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, fractions and decimals
• Ability to read, comprehend and complete basic checklists, forms or other related documents
• Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner
• Balances team and individual responsibilities
• Consistently at work and on time
• Three years related experience
• Minimum one year industry experience preferred

Nice To Haves

• High School Diploma or GED preferred
