About The Position

R+L Carriers is hiring a full-time Forklift Operator at its Findlay, Ohio service center. The role involves safely moving different types of freight into and out of enclosed trailers up to 53 feet long. The operator works on a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock. The position is Monday through Friday on the second shift and starts at $22.93 per hour. Employees earn one week of vacation after 90 days of employment. Requirements

• Must be able to bend, lift, and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read and interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Some LTL experience.
