About The Position

Plastipak Forklift Operators safely and efficiently move and store finished goods and raw materials between warehouse and production areas. They help maintain high standards for product quality and contribute to a positive team culture. The role includes operating a forklift, using an RF scanning device to maintain inventory, and loading finished goods for customer shipments. Associates also develop their knowledge and skills through training and on-the-job experiences.

This role works overnight 12-hour shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on a rotating schedule: three days on, two days off, two days on, three days off, repeating. Overtime may be needed. Pay starts at $20 per hour and is based on experience.

Requirements

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• At least one year of forklift experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a desire to be a productive team member.
• Able to work overnight shifts from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. on the stated rotating schedule.
• Able to work overtime as needed.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
