About The Position
T1 Energy is hiring a Forklift Operator at its solar module manufacturing facility in Wilmer, Texas. The role supports warehouse operations by processing, packing, and shipping orders; inspecting items; maintaining inventory; and following warehouse procedures and safety measures. The work requires standing for a 12-hour shift and lifting up to 75 pounds. Candidates must be able to work either a day or night shift. Forklift certification is required.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- At least 1 year of experience in a relevant warehouse setting.
- Forklift certificate.
- Ability to adhere to employer and government safety regulations.
- Excellent working knowledge of warehouse data systems.
- Inventory skills and excellent communication skills.
- Physical stamina and dexterity for lifting and moving heavy loads.
- Ability to stand for the duration of a 12-hour shift.
- Ability to lift up to 75 pounds.
- Able to work either day or night shift.
- Experience with pallet jacks, forklifts, and hand trucks.
Responsibilities
- Process, pack, and ship orders accurately.
- Inspect items for defects and report them as required.
- Restock and maintain inventory of orders as needed.
- Prepare items for shipping.
- Follow warehouse procedures and safety measures.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
