About The Position
We are seeking an experienced Forklift Operator to work at a mulch manufacturing facility in Borden, IN. This role primarily involves moving and stacking large pallet loads in a fast-paced outdoor/industrial environment.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of forklift experience
- Experience handling and stacking large, heavy pallets
- Ability to work in an outdoor/industrial environment
- Ability to lift up to 60 lbs as needed
- Strong attention to safety and awareness
- Reliable and consistent attendance
Responsibilities
- Operate stand-up and sit-down forklifts safely and efficiently
- Move, stack, and organize large pallet loads
- Transport materials throughout the facility and yard
- Load and unload palletized products as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
- Work with team members to keep operations running smoothly
