This role is responsible for operating forklifts to manage receiving operations in a bakery plant. The position involves supporting safety and quality procedures, handling waste, operating equipment like shrink wrappers, managing inventory, and loading/unloading trucks. The Forklift Operator will also transport supplies, record temperatures, document inventory, monitor conveyor systems, verify product information, and communicate operational issues to leads. Overtime may be required to meet production and shipping schedules.
