About The Position

Eastern Lift Truck Co. is seeking a Technician Apprentice to support its Baltimore location. This entry-level position provides training in the maintenance, diagnostics, and repair of material handling equipment. The apprentice will receive guidance from a mentor through a formal 6–9-month training program, including classroom modules and hands-on shop training. Training covers safety standards and customer interaction and prepares the apprentice for a career as a Field Service Technician. The position pays $22.00–$25.00 per hour, with compensation based on experience.

Requirements

• Some mechanical experience.

Responsibilities

• Learn to perform routine maintenance, diagnose, and repair material handling equipment, including forklifts, aerial lifts, and pallet trucks.
• Complete required training certifications.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company and OSHA standards.
