Under the supervision of the Family Advocacy Center Director, the Forensic Interviewer & MDT Coordinator conducts legally defensible forensic interviews of children, vulnerable adults, and qualifying victims or witnesses using trauma-informed, developmentally appropriate practices. The position coordinates the Navajo County Multidisciplinary Team (MDT), supports Family Advocacy Center operations, assists with National Children's Alliance (NCA) standards, maintains multidisciplinary protocols, coordinates training and peer review, and promotes collaboration among partner agencies. The position conducts approximately 150 forensic interviews annually and requires sound judgment, professionalism, confidentiality, and strong interagency collaboration.
