About The Position

EY’s Government Contract Services (GCS) team helps businesses that work with U.S. state and federal government entities understand and meet contract and program requirements. We also help clients make informed operational decisions that support compliance and strengthen their competitive position. Our GCS team works with industry-leading clients to address complex compliance risks and identify meaningful market opportunities. With exposure to a diverse portfolio of clients across industries, you will take on a variety of challenging and impactful work that helps build both your technical expertise and business acumen.

Requirements

  • A bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field
  • 1+ years of related working experience
  • Achieved, or be working towards a professional designation, such as CPA, CFA, CFE
  • Effective project and time management skills and the ability to prioritize when working on multiple engagements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong knowledge of PC-based tools (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
  • The ability and willingness to travel and work in excess of standard hours when necessary
  • Access to reliable transportation to/from the EY office and client sites.
  • A driver’s license is strongly recommended as ride share and public transportation options may not be available in all locations

Nice To Haves

  • Experience working with U.S. state or federal regulatory programs, preferably including FAR, CAS, Medicare, Medicaid, FSS, and/or DFARS
  • A working knowledge of agentic AI tools (e.g., MS Copilot)
