About The Position

The Foreman (Night Shift) 43427 APEX - Primoris Energy Services will lead and supervise a crew of skilled craft workers on various energy services projects during nighttime operations, ensuring safety, quality, and project schedule adherence.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience in the energy services industry, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or lead role.
Proven experience working night shifts and managing night crews.
Strong understanding of construction methods, techniques, and procedures relevant to energy services projects.
Demonstrated knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in a heavy industrial or construction environment (OSHA 10 or 30 certification preferred).
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical specifications.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a demanding environment.
Proficiency in basic computer applications for reporting and communication.
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
Valid driver's license required.
Ability to work extended hours and weekends as needed to meet project deadlines.

Responsibilities

Directly supervise and coordinate the activities of assigned craft workers (e.g., pipefitters, welders, electricians, heavy equipment operators) during night shifts.
Plan, schedule, and assign work tasks, ensuring efficient utilization of personnel, equipment, and materials.
Monitor and enforce strict adherence to all company safety policies, procedures, and OSHA regulations. Conduct regular safety briefings and toolbox talks.
Interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders to ensure accurate execution of project plans.
Track project progress, identify potential issues, and implement solutions to maintain project schedule and budget.
Inspect work in progress and completed work to ensure quality standards and specifications are met.
Operate various tools and equipment safely and proficiently as needed.
Communicate effectively with project managers, superintendents, and other foremen regarding project status, concerns, and resource needs.
Train and mentor crew members, fostering a skilled and productive workforce.
Complete daily reports, timecards, and other necessary documentation accurately and on time.
Troubleshoot operational problems and make sound decisions under pressure.
Manage and maintain tools and equipment, ensuring they are in good working order.
