About The Position
We are looking for a Foreman who can lead crews, drive production, keep jobs organized, and get work done safely and efficiently. This is not just a labor position. We want someone who can direct the crew, stage work ahead of time, communicate with the Superintendent, and help build a disciplined operation. If you take pride in leadership, accountability, production, and running organized jobsites, we want to talk. Our Foremen operate on clear scorecards tied to: Crew readiness, Daily reporting, Safety, Production tracking, Planning & accountability. Top performers are rewarded and promoted.
Requirements
- Strong demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure experience
- Leadership and crew management ability
- Strong work ethic and accountability
- Ability to plan daily work efficiently
- Safety-minded and organized
- Able to hold crews accountable professionally
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Responsibilities
- Lead and direct field crews daily
- Coordinate demolition, excavation, grading, and site work operations
- Stage tools, equipment, and materials before shift start
- Track and report production quantities daily
- Conduct daily tailgate safety briefings
- Complete daily reports and Think-Ahead Schedules (TAS)
- Maintain organized and safe jobsites
- Communicate field issues and delays to the Superintendent immediately
