About The Position
HTM Contractors is looking for experienced Heavy Equipment Operators who take pride in production, safety, equipment care, and getting work done the right way. We are building a strong demolition, excavation, and infrastructure team and are looking for dependable operators who want steady work, strong benefits, and long-term opportunity with a growing local company.
Requirements
- Strong heavy equipment operating experience
- Ability to operate safely around utilities, crews, and structures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Safety-minded and team-oriented
- Takes pride in equipment and workmanship
- Able to follow direction and communicate professionally
Nice To Haves
- Demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure experience preferred
Responsibilities
- Operate excavators, loaders, skid steers, dozers, compactors, and other heavy equipment
- Demolition, excavation, grading, and site work operations
- Load trucks and stage materials efficiently
- Support utility and infrastructure projects
- Perform daily equipment inspections and basic maintenance checks
- Work safely and efficiently with field crews and Foremen
- Help maintain clean and organized jobsites
