About The Position

HTM Contractors is seeking a Superintendent to lead demolition, excavation, and infrastructure operations. This is a long-term opportunity for a field leader who can ensure safe execution, drive production, maintain equipment, and manage disciplined jobsites. The role involves building a high-performing operation with strong systems and leadership, offering long-term growth potential.

Requirements

• Strong demolition, excavation, grading, or infrastructure experience
• Proven leadership ability
• Ability to hold crews accountable
• Strong understanding of field production and sequencing
• Experience coordinating equipment, manpower, and subcontractors
• Strong safety mindset
• Organized, disciplined, and solution-driven
• Able to communicate professionally with PMs, CM, crews, inspectors, and vendors

Responsibilities

• Demolition operations
• Excavation and grading
• Site utilities and infrastructure work
• Crew leadership and production management
• Equipment coordination and utilization
• Safety enforcement and toolbox talks
• Schedule execution and 2-week look-aheads
• Daily report verification and field communication
• Quality control and utility damage prevention
• Coordination with GC, subcontractors and vendors
