HTM Contractors is looking for hardworking and dependable Apprentices / Laborers who want to learn demolition, excavation, grading, site work, and heavy equipment operations. No experience is required for the right person with a strong work ethic, good attitude, and willingness to learn. We are building long-term careers - not just filling positions.

Responsibilities
- Assist with demolition, excavation, grading, and site work
- Use hand tools and construction equipment safely
- Support operators, Foremen, and field crews
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Maintain clean and organized jobsites
- Learn construction safety, field operations, and production work
- Assist with traffic control, trenching, cleanup, and site preparation
