About The Position
Juniper is seeking a Landscape Construction Foreman to supervise and work alongside a landscape construction crew. The Foreman ensures landscape construction projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and according to quality standards. The role involves managing daily site operations, coordinating project resources, training crew members, performing landscape construction work, and maintaining equipment and job-site records. Requirements
- Valid driver's license.
- Experience with landscape construction projects.
- Knowledge of landscape plants, grading, sod installation, drainage work, and irrigation.
- Supervisory experience.
- Ability and willingness to work outside for long periods, including in extreme temperatures and direct sunlight.
- Ability and willingness to bend, stoop, and twist repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to use hand tools and power equipment needed for landscape construction projects.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Oversee daily site operations for the landscape construction crew.
- Coordinate the equipment and materials needed for each project.
- Supervise and train crew members in installation techniques, equipment operation, and safety.
- Maintain project schedules and complete construction projects within deadlines.
- Oversee quality control on job sites.
- Safely operate loaders, skid steers, excavators, and other equipment for landscape construction projects.
- Load and unload cargo, heavy equipment, and planting materials.
- Read landscape plans and provide landscape material layouts.
- Keep daily records of crew members’ work hours on job sites.
- Ensure equipment and trucks/trailers are in working order and properly maintained.
- Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.
