About The Position

Park Paving Ltd. is a well-established road construction company in Edmonton, known for its expertise in the industry. We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced FOREMAN for our RCI Division to join our team. As a Foreman for our Recycled Crushing Industries, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the recycled crushing operations.

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the road construction industry
• Strong knowledge of crushing operations and equipment
• Excellent leadership and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage a team and prioritize tasks
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Must have a driving record free of major infractions
• Must pass a medical/fitness exam
