About The Position

Delta Solutions & Strategies is seeking a Foreign Military Sales Program Analyst to support our customer in Huntsville, AL. This role involves performing a wide range of analytical and administrative tasks, requiring strategic thinking to analyze programmatic metrics and actions, and provide actionable input to leadership. The analyst will develop and maintain briefing charts, program/financial spreadsheets, and support the Security Assistance Enterprise (SAE) program. Critical thinking, strategic application of solutions, and generating tangible products based on independent thinking are essential.

Requirements

Secret Security Clearance
A bachelor's degree with eight years of experience, or a high school diploma with eleven years of relevant experience.
Trainable, punctual, trustworthy, reliable, available, and dependable.
Self-starter.
Proficient in scheduling.
Disciplined team player.
Proficient in the execution and utilization of both the DSAMS and GFEBS databases, for FMS case execution and management.

Able to do limited travel.
Willing participant in organizational and programmatic activities.

Responsibilities

Perform a wide range of analytical and administrative tasks.
Analyze a broad range of programmatic metrics and actions and provide viable, value added input that could be actionable and considered by leadership.
Develop and maintain briefing charts, program/financial spreadsheets, Security Assistance Enterprise (SAE) program.
Apply critical thinking and strategic solutions to generate tangible products based on independent thinking.
Proficiently schedule and manage Integrated Master Schedules.
Execute and utilize both the DSAMS and GFEBS databases for FMS case execution and management.
Be available for limited travel.
Participate in organizational and programmatic activities.
